FAIZA BUKHARI RICE

FAIZA MEAT BLACK PEPPER

RAJA CURRY RENDANG

Ingredients :
2 tbsp Faiza’s Bukhari Powder
5 Onions
10 cloves garlic
300gm tomato puree
150gm ghee blend or cooking oil
1 chicken (cut and fried) or 1kg beef
1kg Faiza’s Basmathi Moghul Rice
Salt to taste

Cooking Method
1. Heat oil. Sauté blended item until fragrant
2. Add Bukhari Powder and tomato puree, sauté until it turns oily
3. Add in the water or beef broth. Bring to boil and salt to taste
4. Add rice and after five minutes add chicken or beef and stir well. Cook on low heat.
5. Nice to served with pickles and salad



 

Ingredients:
400gm meat/Chicken – cut depends on favorite size
4 cloves garlic
3 onion
1 inch ginger
5 tbsp oyster sauce
½ tbsp Faiza’s Bukhari Powder
1 tbsp Faiza’s black pepper powder
Oil
Salt and Sugar to taste

Cooking method :
1. Heat oil. Sauté blended item until fragrant
2. Add oyster sauce, Faiza’s Bukhari Powder, Faiza’s Black Pepper Powder, salt and sugar
3. Finally, Put the meat and stir it. Let the meat until it being soft. Serves when it hot.






 

Ingredients:
15 shallots
4 stalks lemon grass      
3cm galangal                
3cm ginger
600gm beef
1 packet (25gm) Faiza’s Raja Curry Powder
4 cups of coconut milk
½ grated coconut for making kerisik
Turmeric leaf (shredded)
Kaffir lime leaves (shredded)
Tamarind Juice to taste
Salt and sugar to taste

Cooking method :
1. Mix together ground ingredients, beef, Faiza’s Raja Curry Powder and coconut milk in the pan.
2. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook until meat is tender. Stir occasionally until gravy turn thick.
3. Add kerisik, shredded turmeric leaf, shredded kaffir lime leaf, salt, sugar, and tamarind juice to taste.
4. Ready to serve.
